- Image and sound data: Video recordings, photographs, and audio recordings captured during the services, encompassing the faces and voices of the participating individuals.

The use of this data is strictly reserved for the following objectives:
- Studying creation requests, providing cost estimates, and establishing quotes.
- Producing, directing, editing, and finalizing the ordered video and photographic content.
- Client relationship management, billing, and practical organization of video shoots.
- Showcasing Iwaly's expertise through its professional portfolio, subject to explicit written image rights authorization.
4. Legal Basis
This processing is based on the following legal foundations:
- Execution of contractual or pre-contractual measures: Necessary for the proper management of your orders and the establishment of quotes.
- Your informed consent: Formalized upon sending contact forms or signing the image rights agreement.
5. Processing of Data from Aerial Capture (Drones)
In the context of our drone services, our cameras may incidentally capture personal data (faces of passersby, license plates, interiors of adjacent private properties). In accordance with the GDPR, Images Iwaly is committed to minimizing this data collection (Privacy by Design principle) by adapting its flight angles. Any personal data captured incidentally and not necessary for our Client's project will undergo an anonymization process (blurring, cropping) before any broadcasting. Raw files (rushes) containing unblurred incidental data are securely stored only during the post-production phase, then permanently deleted or anonymized.
6. Confidentiality and Data Transmission
Personal data and media files are reserved for the exclusive use of Sylvain Tesseyre under Iwaly's activities. Information transmission to technical partners or service providers (such as audio mixing or color grading experts) occurs strictly within the framework of realizing your video project. Your information remains entirely preserved from any third-party commercial exploitation.
7. Retention Period
Retention periods are set to guarantee optimal follow-up and comply with legal obligations:
- Information requests and prospects: Data is kept for a period of 3 years after our last contact.
- Client and contractual data: Documents related to billing and contracts are archived for 10 years, in accordance with applicable accounting rules.
- Source video and photo files (rushes): Iwaly retains original files for one year after final delivery to allow for potential modifications or provide a security backup, or until your early deletion request.
8. Your Rights
You have complete control over your personal data. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you benefit from the following rights:
- Access and obtain a copy of your information.
- Rectify outdated or erroneous data.
- Erase your data from our management files.
